Day-Of Coordinator

Perfect for couples looking for a planner to handle last minute logistics and wedding day management

  • Package 100% refundable for 14 days
  • Hand select your planner and have an initial meeting to discuss your vision
  • Event Planner will contact you within 1 week of confirmed booking
  • Unlimited coordination will begin 30 days from your wedding date
  • Manage final vendor confirmations, distribute timeline, floor plan, and set up details
  • Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage
  • Facilitate day-of rehearsal
  • Oversee reception setup and teardown and manage vendor load out
  • Execute ceremony (lining up of the wedding party, cueing the music, coordinating with the officiant, etc.)
  • Coordinate all reception activities in conjunction with the photographer and DJ/Music (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at your discretion
