Day-Of Coordinator
Perfect for couples looking for a planner to handle last minute logistics and wedding day management
- Package 100% refundable for 14 days
- Hand select your planner and have an initial meeting to discuss your vision
- Event Planner will contact you within 1 week of confirmed booking
- Unlimited coordination will begin 30 days from your wedding date
- Manage final vendor confirmations, distribute timeline, floor plan, and set up details
- Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage
- Facilitate day-of rehearsal
- Oversee reception setup and teardown and manage vendor load out
- Execute ceremony (lining up of the wedding party, cueing the music, coordinating with the officiant, etc.)
- Coordinate all reception activities in conjunction with the photographer and DJ/Music (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at your discretion
- Ensure all valuables such as gifts, cards, etc. are properly stored/transportation is coordinated with your appointed contact

Her career began in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she spent a decade with one of the city’s premier catering and event companies. During that time, she honed her craft with seven years devoted solely to day-of coordination, flawlessly overseeing more than 900 weddings. Her hands-on approach ensures that every couple can relax and truly enjoy their day, knowing every detail is handled.
Yesenia’s talent led her to leadership roles, including four years as Director of Banquets, two of which were at The Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta, and now at one of downtown Houston’s largest hotels. From intimate ceremonies to events hosting over 2,000 guests, she’s mastered the art of seamless execution. Her background also includes working with a private event planner in Atlanta, where she managed everything from full-service planning to vendor coordination with grace and efficiency.
