As a photographer for more than 15 years, I believe your wedding images should be treated as the most amazing and incredible images you will ever receive in your life. What my eyes see are moments that will make you laugh with joy, cry with emotion, and one day in the future, leave you both shouting out with pride to your children about how grand your wedding actually was. My mantra is to give you photographs that go way beyond the cliches because, as a couple, you are unique, your day is special, your moment is yours only, poetically different from everybody else. My obligation to you is to document your special "poetry", meaning those amazing moments and details that make your wedding one of a kind.
My experience in wedding photography goes back to 2000, and over this time I have refined a style that I call "extreme photo-journalism". In a nutshell, this means documenting life's most telling moments in its purity. I observe what is happening and let it happen because that is the way we like to see ourselves in photos. You simply can't pose love. But I am also keyed into what makes an extremely beautiful portrait or background, so I am not afraid to give my opinion on where the formals should be. My personal style entails capturing not only real and natural moments, but instances that should be and will be cherished 20 years from now.
