BOOKING THE RIGHT VENDORS:

why it matters

Your wedding photographer and videographer will be the most important vendors you select, period. Bellagala artists all have a photojournalistic base, but have developed their own sense of style and a skill set unique to each of them through years of shooting weddings. Each artist, is subject to a thorough evaluation process before being invited to join the Bellagala team, and we ensure they have a solid record of client service and a strong creative portfolio.

WORKING WITH:

PHOTOGRAPHERS

Your photographer will contact you within 2 business days of booking. They will work with you via phone, email, and in-person meetings to develop your vision and expectations. Together, you will build a timeline to include all moments and details that you are looking to capture. The day of, will fly by, but not to worry! 6-8 weeks after your wedding, you will receive a digital link to your full gallery.

VIDEOGRAPHERS

Your videographer will contact you 90 days prior to your wedding date to develop your video vision and expectations. The day of, your videographer will shoot continuously throughout the day, working alongside your photographer to capture every detail of your wedding. 8-10 weeks post-wedding, you will receive a digital link with footage from your ceremony, toasts, and a cinematic highlight reel.
