Day-Of Coordinator
Perfect for couples looking for a planner to handle last minute logistics and wedding day management
- Package 100% refundable for 14 days
- Hand select your planner and have an initial meeting to discuss your vision
- Event Planner will contact you within 1 week of confirmed booking
- Unlimited coordination will begin 30 days from your wedding date
- Manage final vendor confirmations, distribute timeline, floor plan, and set up details
- Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage
- Facilitate day-of rehearsal
- Oversee reception setup and teardown and manage vendor load out
- Execute ceremony (lining up of the wedding party, cueing the music, coordinating with the officiant, etc.)
- Coordinate all reception activities in conjunction with the photographer and DJ/Music (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at your discretion
- Ensure all valuables such as gifts, cards, etc. are properly stored/transportation is coordinated with your appointed contact

Hi, I'm Abiola. I discovered my love for wedding planning while navigating my own wedding journey. I quickly realized that planning isn't just about picking flowers and seating charts—it's about holding space for vulnerable moments, navigating family dynamics, and protecting what matters most so you can actually be present on your day.
