I was asked once "why do you do this". It took me about a week to come up with the right words to say how I felt. Well, we spend our entire lives looking for validation but most importantly just to "matter" or feel like someone actually cares for us. For me, weddings are a starting place, where you aren't given away but joining two souls to become one, not only you two but your families as well. I love it all, the smell of the fresh flowers being delivered, the details you spent so much time and thought on, the witness of the bond in those quiet emotional moments with mom and dad. This all MATTERS, You MATTER. People from all walks of life spend their entire lives finding their purpose.
