I am a classically French trained four-star fine dining chef. About fifteen years ago, I became interested in photography to create visual records of my dishes and soon became obsessed with art. It wasn’t long before I began photographing food for other restaurants. One day, I was photographing food for a caterer at a wedding. The wedding photographer approached me and asked if I was available to be his assistant photographer because the one he hired backed out. I agreed, and he liked my photos so much that we worked several weddings together. I soon realized that photographing people was more rewarding than photographing food. I love connecting with my couple and interacting the most important people in their life. Weddings can be stressful, but your photography should not be one of those stresses. I like to take a laid-back approach while capturing your memories. I employ a photojournalistic style when shooting. Portraits and formal poses are an important part of any wedding, but I strive to also capture spontaneous images that will remind you of the special moments that unfolded during the day.
