A wedding planner can execute a perfect wedding by following a step-by-step process that involves understanding the couple's vision, creating a design plan, working with vendors, and overseeing all of the little details on the wedding day. 

Multi-Event Add-Ons

For couples whose celebrations extend beyond the wedding day, we also offer multi-event coverage options. Whether you’re hosting a Tea Ceremony, Mehndi Night, Marriage Contract Ceremony, or other special gathering, you’ll have the option of adding a Wedding Coordinator to help manage all of the details and ensure that you enjoy every moment stress-free.

Day-Of Coordinator

Perfect for couples looking for a planner to handle last minute logistics and wedding day management

EVENT PLANNING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Package 100% refundable for 14 days

• Hand select your planner and have an initial meeting to discuss your vision

• Event Planner will contact you within 1 week of confirmed booking

• Unlimited coordination will begin 30 days from your wedding date

• Manage final vendor confirmations, distribute timeline, floor plan, and set up details

• Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage (for main wedding event)

• Facilitate day-of rehearsal

• Oversee reception setup and teardown and manage vendor load out

• Execute ceremony (lining up of the wedding party, cueing the music, coordinating with the officiant, etc.)

• Coordinate all reception activities in conjunction with the photographer and DJ/Music (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)

• Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at your discretion

• Ensure all valuables such as gifts, cards, etc. are properly stored/transportation is coordinated with your appointed contact
