Whether you’re hosting a Tea Ceremony, Mehndi Night, Marriage Contract Ceremony, or other special gathering, you’ll have the option of adding a Wedding Coordinator to help manage all of the details and ensure that you enjoy every moment stress-free.
Day-Of Coordinator

EVENT PLANNING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Package 100% refundable for 14 days

Hand select your planner and have an initial meeting to discuss your vision

Event Planner will contact you within 1 week of confirmed booking

Unlimited coordination will begin 30 days from your wedding date

Manage final vendor confirmations, distribute timeline, floor plan, and set up details

Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage (for main wedding event)

Facilitate day-of rehearsal

Oversee reception setup and teardown and manage vendor load out

Execute ceremony (lining up of the wedding party, cueing the music, coordinating with the officiant, etc.)

Coordinate all reception activities in conjunction with the photographer and DJ/Music (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)

Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at your discretion
